Perhaps you're considering remodeling the bathroom in your Atlanta home, but you're wondering if it actually pays off. Sure, you'd like to have a fresh, new look—and add some comfort and convenience (or even a bit more space). But is it worth it for what you'll get out of your house if you decide to sell in the future?

It may not be as visible to guests as some other rooms in your home, but it is a room you use multiple times every day. It’s where you prepare for your day, and it’s also where you start winding down for the night. And in some cases, it’s a place you can seek relaxing solitude. That’s the reason homeowners and home buyers alike pay so much attention to their bathrooms.
But what about the financial return on investment? Will the money you spend on renovating your bathroom pay off when it's time to sell? According to Atlanta, GA’s 2019 Cost vs. Value report, the answer is yes.
