Custom wooden blinds provide added privacy from neighboring homes while enhancing the deck’s sense of refinement and comfort.
Beneath the new deck, the elegant screened-in porch addition offers a refined outdoor living space designed for both comfort and functionality. Featuring steel bifold doors, a motorized retractable screen, modern wooden fans for ventilation, and metal-framed lanterns that enhance the atmosphere, the space creates a seamless connection between indoors and out.
A graceful new spiral staircase brings added character to the outdoor living experience, creating a seamless connection between the upper deck, the pool, and the lower screened-in porch. Buckhead is renowned for its luxury shopping, high-end dining, and role as one of Atlanta’s premier commercial and financial centers, but it’s also home to some of the city’s most beautiful residential streets. Lush tree canopies, stately homes, and generously sized lots create a sense of retreat just minutes from bustling Peachtree Road, making it an ideal setting for outdoor living spaces that feel both sophisticated and comfortably at home.
This new deck expanse really makes anything possible. The built-in grill and smoker are perfect for easy entertaining, with generous room for hosting guests. The custom cast-stone fireplace surround brings character and coziness, and louvered arched windows provide added privacy. Copper lanterns and a 9-blade ceiling fan create a comfortable, inviting atmosphere, and double screen doors open smoothly to the adjoining open-air deck.

A hand-laid brick fireplace, custom-stained to echo the home’s original architecture, serves as the focal point. Integrated into the fireplace, a custom Argentinian parrilla grill adds a dynamic open-fire cooking element for the homeowners.
