GOLD: Historic Renovation: 50 Years or Older – The renovation of a 1921 Colonial Revival cottage in Decatur breathed new life into a historic home. The kitchen blends traditional craftsmanship with bold design choices. Throughout the home, details such as original casement windows were preserved, ensuring historical integrity while adding modern touches for a family of five.

GOLD: Laundry Room/Mud Room – A new entrance leads to the space, which boasts a classic checkerboard tile floor paired with custom built-ins painted a soft, powdery blue. "This hardworking area is great," said one judge. "I love the attention to historic detail throughout the space."
- GOLD: Butler's Pantry/Scullery – This small butler's pantry is packed with character and thoughtful details. "This wallpaper is fantastic," said one judge. "This is a wonderful composition with Colonial Revival details."

GOLD: Bathroom up to 150 sq. ft. – This bathroom in a 1920s Gothic Tudor in Atlanta's Virginia-Highland neighborhood was designed to feel both timeless and playful. The arched tub alcove echoes the architectural details found throughout the home and adds a fanciful touch to the space.
- SILVER: Deck/Patio/Porch – The renovation of an Atlanta home included the addition of a spacious screened porch and an open deck, each designed to blend luxury with livability.
